TAB recognizes that the best way to combat HIV/AIDS in the future is through education today. With that in mind, the organization finds it paramount to be an informational source for current statistics while also focusing on increasing HIV/AIDS prevention and awareness, acceptance and tolerance.

TAB focuses on education in San Miguel County and other communities near and far, providing year-round forums, services, and resources with help from its beneficiaries and the Telluride School District, both in the classroom and after hours. "My active involvement with TAB all through high school made me more aware and educated about the virus," says one former student.
